How to Join our family?

To register a new student with the International English School of Abidjan, a parent/guardian must follow the below steps. Kindly fill all the information correctly & submit online.

Current students are re-registered via the School Online Portal schoolarsapp.iesaciv.com from which parents have to log in using their credentials. Contact the school administration if you do not have them and view the following helpful link to download a step-by-step PDF on how to re-register.

New Parents only

• To begin with the admissions process you need to register first via the admission online platform. Fill the registration fields and press on "Create Account".
• Once registered you will receive in your mailbox an email with your credentials and a confirmation link to activate your account before being able to proceed with the student's online registration.
• Use the credentials you received through email to login to the admissions platform after clicking on the confirmation link.

Note: Parents with child(ren) attending IESA

Parent/guardian with a child already registered at IESA instead of registering again on Scholarsapp, has to use his/her credentials to login to the School Online Portal (Scholars App) to register a new child.

Check your application status to ensure your child will be enrolled for the coming school year:

• "In process":Waiting for a first validation by the school
• "Items ordering":Once the registration request has been validated and the invoice for school fees has been generated, parent will now have the possibility to:
  • Change the quantities of certain invoiced items
  • Choose the desired size of uniforms (Polo shirts, sportswear, skorts, school uniforms, etc.). Please refer to the different uniforms size charts.
  • Order Stationery Requirements Packages.

  How to proceed at this level?

  1. Open yout invoice
     • To open your invoice, use your credentials to access the school platform and then click on Finance Invoice in the menu. Edit your invoice by clicking on this icon in front your invoice.
  2. Modify the quantity and select the size
     • In the columns “Quantity” and “Size”, modify and select respectively the quantities and the sizes of certain invoiced items
  3. Order School Stationery Package
     • At the bottom-left side of your edited invoice, click on “Order Stationery”. The stationery requirement package of the class will be added to your invoice.
  4. Validate the changes made on your invoice
     • At the bottom-right side of your edited invoice, click on “Save” to validate the changes made on your invoice.

  Note: This important step, which is newly established in the registration process, will subsequently, facilitate the distribution of items based on orders’ priority and quantities. Moreover, in compliance with the measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 pandemic, no item ordered and delivered can be changed or refunded. As reminder, any placed is due.

• "Waiting for payment":After the validation by the school, a proforma invoice of school fees will be sent to the parent and the parent will have to pay at least the admission fees (120,000 FCFA):
  • You can pay directly the re-registration fees with the School Administration by:
  Bank Transfer
  Cash
  Cheque
  Credit Card
  Mobile Money
  • For Cheque: Please ensure that the cheques is made payable to “International English School of Abidjan” or “IESA”
  • Mobile money : Please contact the school administration for the appropriate phone number to use. Stay safe, always call the provided number before any deposit.
  • If you are paying by bank transfer or Mobile money, submit your proof of payment by sending an email to finances@iesaciv.com
  • Once you have sent your proof of payment, the school will wait for the confirmation before issuing a receipt of payment. You can check your payments in the menu at your left side: Finance Receipt.
  • Please download the school’s bank details : Bank Details

    The admission fees (120,000 FCFA) are not refundable. This guarantees that we will hold a slot for your child at IESA but the admission process needs to be complete.

• "Waiting for admission test":(from C1 and above): a placement test will be scheduled.
• "Waiting for test results":(from C1 and above): Check your notification for the tests results.
• "Waiting for interview":(from C1 and above): On perusal of the tests results, an interactive session will be scheduled with the parents and the child at the school campus.
• "Complete":The registration process is complete. A seat is offered to your child for the next Academic Year.

At the end of the process:

• Parents will receive an official admission email from the school through their email address, giving them their Parent Portal account and some additional information.
• School Fees will have to be paid before school resumes.
• Meet with the School Administration to agree on a payment plan.
