Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our Feedback Collection Platform (the "platform") operated by International English School of Abidjan ("us," "we," or "our").

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1.Introduction

This regulation defines the terms of collection, use, and protection of feedback submitted to us by the mean of this platform. The objective of this platform is to enhance our ways of acting through active listening to external parties and analysing their feedback for a better service provision.

2.Purpose of the Regulation

This regulation aims to establish an ethical framework for feedback collection, in compliance with the school rules and regulations.

• Discussions on forums or associated social media

Frequency and Duration

Feedback may be collected continuously, with regular surveys conducted quarterly.

4.User Rights

Users have the following rights regarding their feedback:

• Right to Anonymity: Users may choose to submit comments anonymously.
• Right to Modification: Users can modify or delete their feedback at any time by sending a request to the school administration data management office.
• Right to Access: Users may request access to their data, including submitted feedback.

5.Data Usage

Collected feedbacks will be analysed to improve our ways of doing things, acting and providing education for children. Access to this data will be limited to authorised school administration and council members.

6.Platform Responsibilities

We commit to complying with data protection laws. All necessary measures will be taken to ensure the security and confidentiality of user data. We also pledge to respond to feedback within 7 open days, informing users of actions taken.

7.Sanctions and Disputes

Any user who fails to adhere to the established rules (e.g., posting inappropriate content) may have their comment moderated or removed. In case of disputes, users can contact our school administration, which will review each case fairly.

8.Modifications to the Regulation

This regulation may be modified in response to legal developments or internal practices. Users will be informed of any changes via email or notification on the platform at least 30 days before the new rules take effect.

9.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Côte d’Ivoire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
