1.1. By using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1.2. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

2.Changes to Terms

2.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App.

2.2.Continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3.User Login Access

3.1.You may be required to update your personal Information while login in this app for a parent’s account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.User Content

4.1.We retain ownership of any content submitted, posted, or displayed on or through the App. By updating any content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the App.

4.2.You agree not to submit any content that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of third parties.

5.Restrictions

You agree not to:

5.1.Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to promote any illegal activity.

5.2.Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.

5.3.Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

6.Termination

6.1.We may close or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

6.1.Upon closure, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

7.1.The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Côte d’Ivoire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
